Shipping & Deliveries

We do our best to ship all orders as promptly as possible. We use either DPD or Royal Mail for fulfilment depending on the type of products, their weight, the quantity and their destination. We try to ship everything on the day of ordering, although this will be affected by what time the order is placed during the day. See below for shipping details and costs.

ALL DELIVERIES ARE SENT VIA A SIGNED FOR SERVICE, SO PLEASE ENSURE SOMEBODY IS THERE TO TAKE COLLECTION OF YOUR GOODS.

ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES, DUTIES OR TAXES ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY

† £75 threshold is exclusive of shipping costs
‡ Deliveries to United States & Canada maybe subject to additional taxes, duties or charges for which the customer is entirely liable.

If you need your items ASAP, we have several great retail partners across the UK (including Selfridges, Claridge's, Cowshed Spa, and Soho House) who are likely to have stock available immediately if you visit them in store.

Due to numerous issues with deliveries and taxation, we aren't shipping orders outside of the UK, USA & Canada at present. We are working hard on rectifying this so hopefully in the near future we can resume serving our international customers, but please bear with us.

You may still be able to order from one of our retail partners, many of whom ship internationally, or are based abroad.
