Directions
DHA/EPA Formula
Two capsules to be taken daily with your main meals of the day, or as directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Advanced Biotic Formula
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (3g) of the probiotic in lukewarm water, leave for approx. 1 min, drink on an empty stomach or before sleeping. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Female Pregnancy Formula
Two capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner. Female Pregnancy Formula is an oral supplement, to be taken daily with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

DHA/EPA Formula
Fish Oil Concentrate (from Sardine & Anchovy): Capsule Shell: Gelatin & Glycerine.
Per dose:Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) - 600mg; Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) - 440mg.
The fish oils found in this particular supplement are absolutely clean, stable & have NO trace of any ocean pollutants or heavy metals.
Advanced Biotic Formula
Maize Starch, Maltodextrin, Maize dextrin, Inulin, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Sulphate, Bacterial strains*, Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), Enzymes (amylases), Vegetable protein, Vanilla powder and Manganese Sulphate.
Pregnancy Support Formula
Vitamin C and Bioflavonoids incorporated in Citrus Pulp; Vitamin E combined in Yellow Pea; Yeast Concentrate providing Niacin, Calcium, Magnesium, Pantothenic Acid, Inositol, Choline, Iron, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Manganese, Boron, Copper, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, Biotin, Selenium, GTF Chromium, Vitamin K, Molybdenum, Vitamin D3; Beta Carotene incorporated in Carrot Concentrate.
