Directions
Adrenal Calm Formula
One capsule daily with food, as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Calm Patches
- Remove one patch at a time from the backing paper
- Apply the calm patches to temples, behind the ears or wherever you seek relief. For headaches, it can also be effective to apply a patch one inch above the space between the big and second toe on top of the foot
- After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two with your fingers to further release the herbs
- Enjoy. We hope it gives you a bit more peace
- Each patch can be effective for 12 hours
Ingredients
Adrenal Calm Formula
Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract; Yeast Concentrate providing Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6; Capsule Shell: Vegetable Cellulose.
Calm Patches
Chuanxiong Rhizoma Extract, Peach Kernels, Safflower, Fructus Viticis Extracti, Paeoniae Radix Alba Root Extract, and Asarum.

This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if vacuum seal is broken or missing.
Suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans. Kosher. Does not include wheat; starch; gluten; milk products (lactose); added sugars; colourings; flavourings and preservatives. Contains no live yeast at time of manufacture.
Calm Patches
Suitable for adults and Children above 12 years of age: apply to the areas of tension and pain as needed. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.
