Directions
Joint, Muscle & Bone Formula
3 capsules daily, or take as directed by a practitioner.
Healing Patches
1) Clean and dry affected area.
2) Remove the plastic backing from one side of the patch.
3) Smooth that side over the area where you want pain relief.
4) As you remove the other half of the plastic backing, smooth the remainder of the patch over the areas of pain.
5) Enjoy. It's a lovely feeling.
6) Please remove the patch no later than 6 hours after applying.

Lactobacillus Bulgaricus providing Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper; Vitamin C incorporated in Citrus Pulp; Yeast Concentrate* providing Boron, Iodine, Vitamin K, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Manganese, Molybdenum; Capsule Shell: Vegetable Cellulose.
Healing Patches
Safflower, Eucommia, Cinnamon, Sorghum Bicolor Extract, Clove, Menthol, Borneol, Camphor and Capsicum Extract.
Advice
Joint, Muscle & Bone Formula
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if vacuum seal is broken or missing.
Suitable for Vegetarians and for people with Candida and yeast sensitivities. Does not include wheat; starch; gluten; soy, milk products (lactose); added sugars; colourings; flavourings and preservatives. Contains no live yeast at time of manufacture.
No known allergic reactions to ingredients in this formula.
Healing Patches
Adults and children above 12 years of age: Apply to affected area as needed not more than 3 times daily for 7 days. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.
Use this product only as directed. This product is for external use only. When using please ensure that you avoid contact with the eyes and nose. Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
